Non-Disclosure Agreement

This unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement intrinsically governs all proprietary interactions between Delgado Creative Enterprises LLC ("The Forge") and the authorized Client accessing the FaaS Portal.

01 Confidential Data Scope

Confidential data encompasses all 3D mesh payloads (STL, OBJ, GLB), CAD architectures, product formulations, scale schematics, and financial quoting negotiations conducted within the Olympia Core network.

02 The Forge's Covenant

Delgado Creative Enterprises restricts access to confidential payloads exclusively to autonomous quoting engines (Node CC1) and cleared manufacturing operators strictly on a need-to-know basis. Geometries are siloed from external vectors and are explicitly not utilized for internal R&D padding.

03 Exclusions

Obligations of confidentiality do not extend to data that is currently open source, becomes part of the public domain without algorithmic breach by The Forge, or is mandated to be decrypted by federal oversight decrees.
