01 Access to FaaS Protocol
By executing an identity handshake and accessing the Delgado Creative FaaS Hub, you agree to these operating parameters. Access to automated quoting engines is granted strictly to B2B clients and valid enterprise endpoints.
02 Manufacturing Obligations
Delgado Creative Enterprises LLC guarantees tolerances of ±0.1mm for FDM printing and ±0.05mm for SLA/PolyJet processes. We reserve the right to reject 3D payloads that exhibit fatal non-manifold geometry, require excessive scaffold generation, or violate structural physics.
03 Financial Liabilities
Quotes generated by Node CC1 are dynamic estimates and are guaranteed for 48 hours following generation. Production commences only upon final cryptographic ledger settlement or approved NET-30 terms.
04 Intellectual Property
You retain full proprietary ownership over all submitted meshes and CAD architectures. Delgado Creative claims no intellectual property rights over designs ingested into the Olympia Core for manufacturing purposes.
